The West New York Parking Authority was created in 1964 by the Town of West New York to provide a means of addressing the current and future parking demands of the Town including the preparation of a comprehensive and coordinated plan for the development, financing, construction, operations and/or management of parking resources and certain specific parking facilities located within the Town.

The Authority is governed by a Board of Commissioners consisting of five members each of which is appointed by the Town’s governing body.
All Meters are $0.25 per ½ Hour
Lot Permits are $75 per Month, or $200 per Quarter
62nd Street Garage Permit Costs: $100 per Month $1,000 per Year
The West New York Parking Authority has a total of 1,032 parking spaces. They are broken down by the following:
Monday, Thursday and Friday: 9AM to 9PM
Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday: 9AM to 6PM
Sunday: No Enforcement
Monday through Saturday: 9AM to 9PM
Sunday: No Enforcement
Lot#1, Lot #2 and Lot #3
Monday through Saturday: 9AM to 12AM
Sunday: No Enforcement
Monday through Saturday: 6AM to 12AM
Sunday: No Enforcement
Triangle 67th street & Broadway: 9AM- 12AM
WE ACCEPT CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS. “NO CASH”.

You can buy Permits during business hours at the Parking Authority; we are located at 224 – 60th Street, West New York, New Jersey 07093. Click here to see our permit rates.
You can buy a 24 Hour Daily Pass at the red Pay Station outside the Parking Authority. A Daily Pass can be bought 24 hours a day. A Daily Pass lasts for 24 hours from time of purchase.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. We are closed for lunch daily from 12:30PM to 1:30PM.

We do not handle disability parking. Call the Traffic Division of the West New York Police Department at 201-295-5025 for all inquiries.
